Exxon Mobil announced a $41 billion deal to acquire XTO Energy and sent stock prices higher on Monday, with major indices hitting their highest levels in 14 months. The Dow Jones Industrial Average shot up 30 points, or 0.3%, to 10,501. TV stocks rode the wave, but radio was somehow left out.
The RBR Radio Index was down 5.030, or 2.6%, to 192.273.
The TVBR Television Index was up 2.343, or 2%, to 121.036.
