The E.W. Scripps Company that exists today is not the same one that existed throughout the first quarter of 2015. That means the actual results posted during the quarter have little bearing on the company’s future. But there were some strong positives to report nonetheless.
Television revenues were up, and radio revenues would have been had the company owned radio during the quarter.
