A “valued colleague” of those who work at the radio and television stations now under the Meruelo Media umbrella has passed away.
On the evening of November 18, the company’s Sr. Director of Engineering, Terry Grieger, died.
In a brief statement, Meruelo Media VP/Marketing Dianna Jason said Grieger “was an extremely talented and dedicated broadcast engineer who was well respected throughout our industry.”
She added that Grieger and the Meruelo engineering team “were extremely proud of their record-setting build out of our new state of the art broadcast studios in Burbank.”
A native son of Indiana, Grieger worked for various radio companies across a long career that saw him employed by Cumulus Media, Bonneville International Corp., Entercom, Clear Channel Radio and Emmis Communications.
