One of the most awesome pieces of professional broadcast dedication I’ve seen in quite some time was described in detail in a recent article appearing in Radio INK magazine.

Titled “10 Secrets To Success In Small-Market Radio,” KDSN-AM & FM/Dennison, Iowa owner and GM Mike Dudding offered broadcasters an essential checklist of what actions, and attitudes, will lead to ultimate success.

I urge you to obtain a copy at any cost.

There’s another extraordinary small-market licensee out there, and both deserve national attention for their local commitment.
