A new Class B1 FM earmarked for Little Valley NY is going to Seneca Broadcasting LLC, part of the Seneca Nation of Indians, for $250K. The seller is Benjamin L. Homel’s Radioactive LLC. Homel is better known in radio circles as Randy Michaels. According to Jay Meyers of Broadcast Management & Technology, Michaels holds numerous CPs picked up in recent auctions, many of which are available – and Meyers is the man to talk to about it.
