That said, the advertiser at No. 10 is betting that it can grow its user base by using national AM and FM stations — and the power of audio.

As shown below, Discover Card is now on the Spot Ten, which remains dominated by auto insurers, home improvement retailers and a company rumored to be close to a merger with T-Mobile: Sprint.
