For the week ending Jan. 26, the top spot goes to a cold and flu relief aid.
The brand is Vicks, which is tops with some 54,397 plays.
At No. 2 is the top auto insurer by play count: Progressive.
Compared to GEICO, Progressive wins by more than 10,000 spot plays.
Meanwhile, Allstate returns to the Spot Ten, thanks to some 29,000-plus spots.
