Effective immediately, Entercom has begun delivering live streams of its Portland radio to stations to mobile phones via FlyTunes. The streams are available anywhere that Apple iPhones work, which is currently some 130 countries. And they are also available to iPod Touch users anywhere WiFi Internet access is available.
Entercom Portland is now streaming KGON-FM, KWJJ-FM and KNRK-FM, along with KNRK’s HD2 channel that features Northwest bands only. By the end of this month it will also add KFXX-AM, KRSK-FM and KYCH-FM to its FlyTunes service.
