Charter Communications may have failed to strike a merger deal with Time Warner Cable, but it’s doing just fine as a standalone MSO, says MoffettNathanson Research analyst Craig Moffett. He says that despite not getting TWC, Charter will end up with less debt, better clustered systems and less competitive exposure to Verizon FiOS:
