The package includes six full power television stations in six markets; one of them is augmented by a digital low power station. All are major network affiliates.

Included in the buy are:
Billings: NBC KULR-TV, the Billings NBC affiliate;
Missoula: KTMF-TV/KTMF-LD (Kalispell), both ABC/Fox
Butte: KWYB-TV (ABC/FOX) ABC/Fox
Bozeman: KWYB-LD (ABC/FOX) ABC/Fox
Great Falls: KFBB-TV (ABC/FOX) ABC/Fox
Helena: KHBB-TV (ABC/FOX) ABC/Fox

The sale to NPG involved two stations in Monterey-Salinas and another in Santa Barbara and was valued at $21.5M. The price for the Montana deal was not revealed.
