American IdolWith the AMERICAN IDOL Top 6 Results show, FOX won last night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Adults 25-54, and Teens and outperformed its closest competitor (CBS) by +12% among Adults 18-49 (2.9/8 vs. 2.6/7).


FOX has now ranked #1 for 15 consecutive Thursdays among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, and Teens.

AMERICAN IDOL: 3.9/12, the same as last week’s preliminary rating (and should go up one or two tenths in the Finals this afternoon)

Last night’s results show beat both of The Voice’s telecasts this week, and outperformed The Voice’s Tuesday results show by +15% among Adults 18-49 and +62% among Total Viewers
IDOL was the #1 program of the night among Total Viewers, Women 18-49 and Teens.

IDOL beat the night’s #2 programs, Big Bang Theory and Person of Interest , by +15% in Total Viewers (14.4 vs. 12.5 Mil for both CBS programs).

TOUCH: 1.9/5, down -10% from last week

TOUCH ranked #1 in its hour among Teens

Competition

* ABC’s Missing (1.3/4) dropped -7%, Grey’s Anatomy (3.2/8) dropped -3%, and Scandal (2.1/6) gained +5% from last week’s deliveries.

* On CBS, The Big Bang Theory delivered a season-low 4.0/13, down -9% from its most recent original (4/5/12). Following Rules Of Engagement at 8:30p (2.5/7, up +14%), Persons Of Interest (2.4/6) posted its series low, down -20% from its most recent first-run episode (3.0/8 on 4/5/12). At 10pm, The Mentalist (2.1/6) delivered its Thursday series low, down -13% from its last new episode (2.4/7 on 4/5/12).

* NBC’s Community (1.4/4, up +8%) and the 30 Rock live show (1.6/5, up +7%) were both in line with last week’s telecasts, while The Office (2.1/6, down -5%), Parks & Recreation (1.6/4, down -6%) and Awake (0.8/2, down -11%) all hit new series lows.
