Hot on the heels of an open mic flooding the Iowa airwaves with f-bombs, RBR/TVBR has been supplied with a tape of Hip Hop artist Ray J making a live appearance on air over the weekend in Atlanta. Fortunately for CBS Radio’s WVEE-FM “V-103,” the broadcast was during the FCC’s safe harbor period when indecency is allowed to be broadcast. The live broadcast from a club venue was reported to be about 1:45 am on Saturday (3/21).
