The Asst. Brand Director for Audacy Corp.‘s top-rated ’80s-fueled K-Earth 101 has just added oversight of two similarly formatted Classic Hits stations the company owns in the Southwest.

One property is in the Valley of the Sun, while the other is in America’s Finest City.

Audacy has elevated Larry Morgan to Regional Brand Manager, handing him oversight of KOOL-FM in Phoenix and KXSN-FM “Sunny 98.1” in San Diego.

He retains his role as Assistant Brand Director at KRTH in Los Angeles.

“Larry is an invaluable member of the K-Earth team and I’m thrilled to see his talents and influence now spread to KOOL in Phoenix and Sunny in San Diego,” said Chris Ebbott, Vice President of Classic Hits for Audacy.

Morgan commented, “I’m so excited and honored to be an official part of the team at these two great stations. Both markets have a long history of radio excellence, and I look forward to working together to elevate these awesome brands to new heights. Plus, I have the added bonus of continuing to contribute at the legendary K-Earth 101 in Los Angeles. It’s the best of all worlds for me, and all in the same time zone!”

Morgan joined K-Earth 101 as Assistant Brand Manager in 2015, overseeing the day-to-day programming operations. His resume includes stops at Top 40s KSFM-FM in Sacramento and KIIS-FM in Los Angeles, as well as Hot Adult Contemporary KHMX “Mix 96.5” in Houston.

Additionally, Morgan spent over a decade as Senior Vice President of Network Programs and Services at Premiere Networks, owned by iHeartMedia.
