It happened Tuesday evening and the vote was unanimous. Now it goes back to the House for a second vote to approve revisions made by the Senate. On the first vote, the House cleared the bill 415-0, so it’s hard to see it faltering. Certainly supporters of the Act seem more than optimistic.
