As expected, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Shelley Chapman has signed off on “findings of fact, conclusions of law,” and the final order that confirms Cumulus Media‘s Chapter 11 plan of reorganization.
The 148-page document, entered into the record Thursday, will put the wheels in motion on a plan that will eliminate half of the radio broadcasting company’s $2 billion in debt.
