NAB Offers Duplex Compromise

NAB / National Association of BroadcastersThe National Association of Broadcasters thinks the FCC got it right the first time: Keep repacked television stations out of the duplex gap. But if it simply must change its mind in this regard, NAB proposes at least agreeing to minimize the damage.


NAB’s Rick Kaplan delivered the NAB proposal to the FCC in an ex parte meeting.
