WASHINGTON, D.C. — The NAB late Wednesday (8/19) submitted a reply brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in regard to the FCC‘s appeal of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand of the Commission’s 2016 quadrennial review order — a move the broadcasting industry’s biggest lobbying groups says “attempted to institute modest reforms” to broadcast media ownership regulations.
