NAB Signals Support For FCC Translator Interference Plan

In fresh reply comments filed ex parte with the FCC by the NAB, the industry’s chief lobbying organization on Capitol Hill says the Commission’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) regarding interference conflicts between FM radio stations and FM translators includes proposals it is in favor of.


This includes the ability of a translator to move to any available FM channel as a minor change to resolve interference with another station.
