In late February, the FCC released a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture to Cumulus Media that would see the agency collect $32,000 for EEO-related flubs tied to a group of radio stations it no longer owns.
Now, the NAB is coming to the defense of Cumulus. It’s petitioned the Commission to eliminate the entire fine.
