NAB: Broadcasters Well-Positioned To Compete

In comments submitted yesterday by the National Association of Broadcasters to the FCC on the state of video competition in the U.S., the NAB believes that broadcasters are well-positioned to compete in a growingly diverse video marketplace.


A voluntary transition to a next-generation TV transmission standard would spur additional innovation to viewers’ benefit, the NAB adds.

This can be done although these broadcasters are “continuing to be saddled with outdated regulations.”
