Nautel will introduce the first in a new series of low power digital UHF TV transmitters at IBC – the NT100 digital UHF TV transmitter. The NT100 provides digital power outputs of 2 – 100 Watts.

Nautel’s new low power UHF transmitter combines an advanced modulator, amplifier, remote control, adaptive pre-correction and mask filter all in a compact enclosure. Operating in the UHF Wide Band spectrum (470 – 860 MHz), the NT100 is designed with robust solid-state components and supports major worldwide digital TV transmission standards.

The 4 RU NT100 is designed as an attractive platform for low power TV broadcasting, retransmission or gap-filler applications.

“Nautel brings broadcasters a fresh alternative when it comes to choosing transmitters,” said Chuck Kelly, Nautel Director of Sales. “During Nautel’s four decades of manufacturing transmitters, our customers have come to rely on Nautel for equipment that has superior on-air dependability and exceptionally long life. Now the control, innovation and support that radio broadcasters have come to expect from Nautel will be available in a new line of low power digital TV transmitters.”

Additional products in the NT Series will be announced in the coming year. The company plans a launch webinar 9/26 and interested parties can register at www.nauteltv.com.
