NBA Digital announced the launch of NBA League Pass Three-Point Play, a fully integrated out-of-market live game package that will provide fans with access to more than 40 live games each week on television, broadband, and mobile during the regular season. NBA Digital is the NBA’s extensive cross-platform portfolio of digital assets jointly managed by the NBA and Turner Sports.
Three-Point Play marks the first time that a pro sports league has bundled its out-of-market package on television, broadband, and mobile for multiple cable, satellite, and telco distributors. NBA League Pass will continue to be available to subscribers as standalone packages, including:
NBA League Pass TV
Television distributors will offer a free preview of NBA League Pass TV beginning 10/26 26 and ending 11/2. NBA League Pass TV is currently available for the entire regular season through a special early bird price of $179.
NBA League Pass TV also includes the NBA League Pass Stats Central, a channel dedicated to displaying real-time updates, scores, stats of every game and the complimentary NBA League Pass Broadband package.
NBA League Pass Broadband
Fans can follow their favorite out-of-market teams and players online with NBA League Pass Broadband, which will include all NBA League Pass games, or through NBA League Pass Broadband Choice, which will allow fans to select up to seven teams to watch throughout the regular season.
Each online package will provide fans with access to unique features, including a live-game DVR function to pause and rewind live action, a full-season archive to view games on demand, and live home and away audio broadcasts of every game. Additionally, fans will be able to watch multiple live games simultaneously.
Special early-bird pricing is now available for NBA League Pass Broadband ($179.95) and for NBA League Pass Broadband Choice ($109.95) through 11/2.
NBA League Pass Mobile
Unveiled last year, NBA League Pass Mobile provides fans with access to a full season of live NBA games on the Android Market and the App Store. Available as an in-app upgrade within NBA GameTime, NBA League Pass Mobile allows fans to replay select games for up to 48 hours, sign up for tune-in alerts, and view game statistics. NBA League Pass Mobile is available to customers for the early bird price of $44.95 through 11/2.
