NBC repeat of 'Law-Order: SVU' ends in 4th place

At 10 p.m. ET, “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” (2.3/6 in adults 18-49, 8.0 million viewers overall) ranked #1 for the hour among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 and other key demographics.  “SVU” built on its encore results in the prior hour by 156 percent in 18-49 rating and 120 percent or 4.4 million persons in total viewers. 


From its first half-hour to its second, “SVU” grew in all key ratings categories, including increases of 14 percent in adult 18-49 rating (to a 2.5 from a 2.2), 15 percent in adults 25-54 (3.0 vs. 2.6), 16 percent in women 25-54 (3.7 vs. 3.2) and 12 percent in total viewers (8.5 million vs. 7.6 million).
  
From 9-10 p.m. ET, a rebroadcast of “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” averaged a 0.9/3 in adults 18-49 and 3.7 million viewers overall.  From its first half-hour to its second, the 9 p.m. “SVU” encore grew in all key ratings categories, including gains of 25 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 1.0 from a 0.8) and 43 percent in total viewers (4.3 million vs. 3.0 million),   

From 8-9 p.m. ET, “Minute To Win It” averaged a 1.0/3 in adults 18-49 and 3.3 million viewers overall in a highly competitive hour opposite Fox’s “American Idol,” CBS’s “Survivor,” ABC’s encores of “The Middle” and CW’s “America’s Next Top Model.”
