Pending updates, “America’s Got Talent” is #1 in the time period in adults 18-49, total viewers and other key categories. From its first half-hour to its fourth, “America’s Got Talent” grew by 86 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 1.3 from a 0.7) and by 41 percent or 1.4 million persons in total viewers (4.7 million vs. 3.3 million).
At 10 p.m., an encore telecast of “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” captured a 1.0/4 in 18-49 and 4.1 million viewers overall.
Pending updates, NBC is tied with CBS for #1 for the night in adults 18-49 (1.0 rating each).
In late-night metered-market households Saturday night:
An encore telecast of “Saturday Night Live” (3.2/8 in metered-market households), hosted by Taylor Lautner and featuring musical guest Bon Jovi, dominated its time period.
In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, the June 5 edition of “Saturday Night Live” averaged a 1.8 rating, 8 share in adults 18-49, and was the #1 telecast of the night ahead of all primetime telecasts on all major networks.
