NBC struggling w/ 'The Sing' and 'The Playboy Club'


From 8-10 p.m. ET, “The Sing-Off” (1.8 rating, 4 share in adults 18-49, 4.9 million viewers overall) is up week to week by 6 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 1.8 from a 1.7) and 10 percent in total viewers (4.876 million vs. 4.451 million) in a highly competitive time period that included CBS’s “Two and a Half Men,” “How I Met Your Mother,” “Two Broke Girls” and “Mike & Molly,” ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” and Fox’s “Terra Nova” and season premiere of “House.”  “The Sing-Off” finished within 5 percent of the show’s September 19 season premiere in 18-49 rating (1.9).

Versus NBC’s average in the time period last season, last night’s telecast of “The Sing-Off” is up 6 percent in 18-49 rating (1.8 vs. `1.7, “live plus same day,” non-sports).
At 10 p.m. ET, “The Playboy Club” averaged a 1.2/3 in 18-49 and  3.4 million viewers overall.
