NBC Thursday comedy line-up w/ '30 Rock' third-place

From 9-9:31 p.m. ET, “The Office” (3.3/9 in 18-49, 6.2 million viewers overall) tied ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy” for #2 among ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox and CW in adults 18-49 and finished #1 in men 18-34 ahead of Fox’s “American Idol” and CBS’s “CSI,” as well as “Grey’s.”  Despite competition this week from “American Idol,” “The Office” matched its 18-49 rating of the prior week.
 
From 9:31-10 p.m. ET, “Parks and Recreation” averaged a 2.4/6 in 18-49 and 4.6 million viewers overall.  In the time period, “Parks and Recreation” is #2 among ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox and CW in adults 18-34, men 18-34 and men 18-49 behind only “American Idol” and ahead of “Grey’s Anatomy” and “CSI.”


Versus last week, “Parks and Recreation” is up 9 percent in 18-49 rating (2.4 vs. 2.2) and up 7 percent in total viewers (4.648 million vs. 4.326 million), despite competition this week from “American Idol.” 
 
From 10-10:31 p.m. ET, “30 Rock” (2.3/6 in 18-49, 4.5 million viewers overall) finished #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-34, men 18-34 and men 18-49 (tie) versus ABC’s “Private Practice” and CBS’s “The Mentalist.”  In its six weeks with originals in the 10-10:30 half-hour, “30 Rock” has generated NBC’s six highest 18-49 results in the time period this season.
Versus last week, “30 Rock” is up 15 percent in 18-49 rating (2.3 vs. 2.0) and up 11 percent in total viewers (4.510 million vs. 4.072 million).
 
From 10:31-11 p.m. ET, “Outsourced” averaged a 1.5/4 in 18-49 and 3.4 million viewers overall.  In the time slot, “Outsourced” ranked #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in men 18-34.  Versus last week, “Outsourced” is flat in 18-49 rating and up 6 percent in total viewers (3.395 million vs. 3.203 million.

At 8 p.m. ET, “Community” delivered a 1.8/5 in 18-49 and 3.9 million viewers overall in a highly competitive time period that included Fox’s “American Idol,” CBS’s “Big Bang Theory” and ABC’s “Winter Wipeout.”

At 8:30 p.m. ET, “Perfect Couples” averaged a 1.4/4 in 18-49 and 3.0 million viewers overall.  In the time period, “Perfect Couples” is tied for #2 among ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox and CW in adults 18-34 and men 18-34.
