NBC's 'America's Got Talent' is hot wins Tuesday


From 9-11 p.m. ET, “America’s Got Talent” (3.1/9 in adults 18-49, 11.5 million viewers overall) generated the #1 results of the night in adults 18-49 and total viewers on a competitive evening that included Fox’s “Hell’s Kitchen” and “Masterchef,” ABC’s “101 Ways to Leave a Game Show” and “Combat Hospital” and CBS’s “48 Hours Mystery.” 

“America’s Got Talent” is #1 in its two-hour time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and CW in all key ratings categories against mostly original competition.

Versus the same night last year, last night’s “America’s Got Talent” is up 19 percent in 18-49 rating (3.1 vs. 2.6) and up 19 percent or 1.9 million persons in total viewers (11.539 million vs. 9.688 million).
From 8-9 p.m. ET, “It’s Worth What?” averaged a 1.4/5 in 18-49 and 5.4 million viewers overall.  In the time period, “It’s Worth What?” is tied for #2 among ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox and CW in adults 18-49.

NBC is tied for #1 for the night in adults 18-49 and is #1 outright in adults 25-54, total viewers and other key categories.  This is NBC’s seventh consecutive share of the Tuesday lead in 18-49.  NBC has won nine Tuesdays in a row in total viewers.
