NBC's canceled 'Law & Order: LA' third-place at 10pm

At 8 p.m. ET, “Minute To Win It” (1.5/4 in 18-49, 4.3 million viewers overall) matched NBC’s highest 18-49 rating in the time period since March 14. 


In a highly competitive hour against ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars,” Fox’s “House” and CBS’s rebroadcast “How I Met Your Mother,” “Minute” grew from its first half-hour to its second in all key ratings categories, including gains of 23 percent in adults 18-49 (to a 1.6 rating from a 1.3) and 30 percent in adults 18-34 (1.3 vs. 1.0).

At 9 p.m. ET, “The Event” (1.5/4 in 18-49, 4.6 million viewers overall) captured its top 18-49 rating since November 29.  “The Event” is up versus one week ago in 18-49 rating by 13 percent (with a 1.5 vs. a 1.3) and up versus two weeks ago by 36 percent (1.5 vs. 1.1).    

At 10 p.m. ET, “Law & Order: LA” (1.4/4 in 18-49, 6.0 million viewers overall) matched its highest 18-49 rating since April 11 and locked up its biggest overall audience since that same date. 

Week to week, “Law & Order: LA” is up 27 percent in 18-49 rating (with a 1.4 vs. a 1.1) and up 36 percent in total viewers (5.951 million vs. 4.363 million).
