NBCUniversal is expanding its equity in digital publishing platforms, to $200 million, owned by Vox Media.
Prior, NBCUniversal parent Comcast held a 14% stake in Vox through investment arm, Comcast Ventures.
Vox brands include SB Nation, Polygon, The Verge, Vox.com, Eater, Racked, Curbed and re/code.
Media analysts believe NBCUniversal has less than a 50% stake in Vox Media, according to MediaPost.
