Joyner Radio Inc. is spinning five stations to veteran Illinois broadcast group Neuhoff Communications, based in Springfield. In Decatur IL, Neuhoff is picking up WSOY-AM, WSOY-FM, WDZQ-FM and WDZ-AM; additionally, it is getting WCZQ-FM in the Monticello/Champaign market. Neuhoff already has Illinois clusters in Danville and Springfield.
