Trustee Scott Savage has found a buyer for 10 more of the stations formerly owned by Abel De Luna’s Luna Communications. Casa Media Partners is picking up three stations in Washington and seven in California.

Casa will pay $3.5 million for the 10 stations being sold by various subsidiaries of Luna Communications. Savage Media Group has been operating the stations as trustee, with the proceeds of the sale heading to lender Wells Fargo Foothill.

Casa Media Partners LLC is owned by Jose Alfredo Reygadas, Barbara Laurence and Guillermo Cañedo White, all of Miami. Cañedo White is a Mexican citizen, but will own only 20%, which is permitted by the FCC’s foreign ownership rules.
