New depths in customer service from Comcast

Comcast-logoPerhaps many of you are aware of the faux pas made by a now former Comcast employee who was dealing with a complaining customer. Comcast did move swiftly to deal with the situation.


The customer was trying to cancel service and the employee’s customer service failure appeared on the person’s bill.
