FOX’s comedy block of GLEE, NEW GIRL and RAISING HOPE won its third consecutive Tuesday among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. FOX showed a +9% advantage over the #2 network (3.6/9 vs. CBS’s 3.3/9) — a larger margin of victory than last week (+6%).
GLEE: 3.5/10, down -5% and was the highest rated program of the night among Teens
NEW GIRL: 4.3/11, down -4% and was once again the highest-rated program of the night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. outperforming NCIS, NCIS: LA, DWTS, Biggest Loser and all other competition.
Note: So far this season, NEW GIRL has been going up a tenth in the final ratings
RAISING HOPE: 2.9/7, even with last week and #1 in its timeslot among Adults 18-34 and Teens.
For the third consecutive week, NEW GIRL and RAISING HOPE combined to win the 9p hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens.
Competition
Following a DWTS recap (1.7/5) at 8p, ABC’s Dancing With The Stars Results show (2.8/7) dropped -3% and through three weeks is down -24% from its comparable performance last fall (2.9/7 vs. 3.8/10). At 10p, Body of Proof posted a 2.1/5.
On CBS, NCIS (4.1/12, down -2%) was followed by NCIS: Los Angeles (3.4/8), which dropped -6% from last week. New 10p drama Unforgettable (2.4/6) declined -4%.
For the second straight week, NBC’s The Biggest Loser (2.0/5, down -13%) posted its lowest regular original rating in over five years (since 1.5/4 on 3/8/2006). Parenthood closed out the night with a 2.0/5 at 10p, down -9% from last week.
