New Jersey-based Millennium Radio Group is saying “this ‘BUD’s for you” to noncommercial Domestic Church Media Foundation. DCMF is acquiring Millennium’s WBUD-AM Trenton NJ for $2.3M cash, leaving the seller with a standalone FM in the market. The buyer, headed by James Manfredonia, will take the station into noncommercial waters. James Donahoe’s Millennium remains in the Trenton market with WKXW-FM.
