Make plans to attend a two-part 2017 Radio Show session set for Wednesday, Sept. 6, featuring Jacobs Media and Jacapps President Fred Jacobs and Amplifi Media Founder/CEO Steve Goldstein.

Jacobs and Goldstein will participate in a session titled “Radio’s New Strategies and New Platforms” as part of the radio industry’s largest annual conference, produced by the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB).

This two-part session, sponsored by vCreative, will first focus on the digital dashboard and how radio professionals can optimize the in-car presence of their stations.

Jacobs will reveal key findings from a recent NAB study on the topic and discuss actionable strategies for success.

Then, Goldstein will share seven strategies for capitalizing on the expanding podcast industry.

Goldstein is the co-founder of publicly traded Saga Communications, which is now a pure-play radio broadcasting company following the recent sale of its lone TV properties — in Victoria, Tex., and Joplin, Mo. — to Morgan Murphy Stations.
