One of the world’s largest manufacturers of AM and FM radio broadcast transmitters is ready to start 2019 on an educated basis.

Nautel’s ongoing Webinar series resumes in 2019 with two new scheduled sessions, to be held in late January.

The first webinar, titled “What to do when your STL feed goes down,” will take place on January 23 and covers options – both traditional and creative – for keeping content on the air when an STL feed fails. Host Chuck Kelly will be joined by guests for a 40-minute discussion, followed by time for questions from participants.

On Wednesday, January 30, Kelly will be joined by Hubbard Radio Senior Broadcast Engineer Dave Kolesar, DRM Consortium’s Ruxandra Obreja, Kintronics’ Joshua King  and Nautel Managing Director Philipp Schmid to discuss “All Digital AM in the Real World.”

The group will discuss considerations for putting an all digital AM signal on the air and observations drawn from real-world transmission including Hubbard’s year-long test at WWFD-AM 820 “The Gamut” in Frederick, Md.

All webinars begin at 12pm Eastern. To register, visit www.nautel.com/webinars.
