As it approaches its 54th year, the New York Festivals (NYF) International TV & Film Awards is uniting with the NAB Show next April in Las Vegas. The plan is to put a bigger spotlight on the “2011 World’s Best TV & Films.”
The organizations said the strategic partnership enables NYF to provide the annual International Television & Film Awards Show to 90,000 attendees at the annual NAB Show in Las Vegas from April 9 – 14, 2011, and enables the NAB Show to provide NYF winners and attendees a premiere global event for professionals who create and deliver the majority of the world’s content.
“I could not be more pleased that our two iconic brands will provide a more expansive platform for the presentation of NYF’s annual international award-winning work at the NAB Show, the world’s premier event for content professionals. It will not only bring more attention to the ‘World’s Best TV & Films’ and its creators, but will provide a huge ROI to those attending the awards ceremony,” said James M. New York Festivals will also sponsor educational and inspirational opportunities including panel discussions with prominent award winning industry executives, networking opportunities, screenings of 2011’s “World’s Best TV & Films,” as well as historical TV commercials from the past 60 years. The deadline to enter the competition has been extended to November 5th to provide opportunities for others in light of the NAB Show and NYF partnership.
