The Newlywed Game, hosted by Carnie Wilson, will feature George Takei (“Star Trek’s” Mr. Sulu) and his spouse Brad Altman—the first same-sex couple ever cast in the history of the series, airing 10/13, 6:00 p.m, ET with an encore airing at 9:00 p.m., ET on GSN during a special celebrity edition of the game, now in its second season.

Joining them are newlywed couples Christopher Knight (“The Brady Bunch”) his wife Adrianne Curry (“American’s Next Top Model”), Damien Gurganius and wife Nicole Brewer (“The Biggest Loser: Couples 2”).

The Newlywed Game is GSN’s modern installment of the classic series showcasing three newly married couples of wide-ranging backgrounds who face off in a series of question rounds. During each round, a spouse attempts to guess his or her mate’s answer to questions about their relationship, ranging from the first time they met to the details of their love lives. At the end of the game, the couple with the most correct matches wins exciting prizes.
