Anne Pressly, news anchor for Allbritton’s KATV-TV (ABC) Little Rock is hospitalized with life threatening injuries after being attacked in her home. Police said the 26-year-old was bleeding from multiple stab wounds and beaten. They were called to her home by Pressly’s mother, who went to the home after she was unable to reach her daughter by phone early Monday. Pressly has been with the station full time since 2004 and also has a small role in the recently released Oliver Stone movie “W.”
