Clewiston, FL – Glades Media Radio Station – WAFC in Clewiston, Florida – has an opening for a full-time News Reporter/Public Affairs Director. You will cover news and events from Belle Glade to Clewiston, Moore Haven to Labelle.
The job includes preparing and broadcasting news each day, Monday-Friday. You must be flexible with schedule to adjust to news events. Computer skills are essential. You will edit with Adobe Audition. Public Affairs includes weekly local issues interviews and compiling a quarterly report of each interview synopsis. Applicant hired will be Morning Show talent as dj partner to station Program Director/Morning Show talent. Social media/Facebook posting skills a plus.
