NewsTalk 690 & 1260 changes lineup

Riverbend Communications’ KBLI-AM/KLBY-AM NewsTalk 690/1260 in Idaho Falls, ID says that beginning 12/5, the stations will add three new live and local talkers to their daily lineup. Idaho’s Morning News with Tim Lewis will air from 6am-9am Monday-Friday.  The News PD Lewis will host the show, covering all things news, concentrating on what is relevant to residents of Eastern Idaho:  news, weather, traffic and road conditions, sports and entertainment each and every day. 


Riverbend also brought in Carissa Coats, formerly Managing Editor at Local News 8 in Idaho Falls, to host Idaho’s Midday News.  He’ll be heard each day from 11am – 1pm.

Mark Richardson, long-time host with his father Mel and a fixture in Idaho radio, will anchor Idaho’s Afternoon News from 4pm – 6pm.  Mark’s strong opinions and wit will be featured in a very different way in the afternoon. Additionally, Mark will host a weekend edition of “Probing America” on Saturday’s from 8am -10am.
