Nexstar Media Group’s shareholders have been invited to attend the broadcast TV company’s annual meeting on June 6 at the company’s headquarters inside The Summit office tower in Irving, Texas.
The meeting will see the election of directors to serve as Class III directors for a three-year term, the ratification of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as Nexstar’s independent registered public accounting firm for 2018, and “to advise the Board of Directors on the compensation of our Named Executive Officers,” Nexstar says.
Of particular interest are the big bonus payments key company leaders will enjoy.
