Nick Jonas guests during a Radio Disney Total Access Weekend originating from backstage during a Nick Jonas & The Administration concert.  Hosted by Ernie D, the special airs SATURDAY, JANUARY 30 (4:00 p.m., ET/2:00 p.m., PT) and SUNDAY, JANUARY 31 (9:00 a.m., ET/6:00 a.m., PT) on Radio Disney.  It includes an interview with Nick, three acoustic performances and four tracks from his highly anticipated album, “Who I Am,” releasing February 2 on Hollywood Records.

During the interview Nick shares his thoughts on touring without his brothers: “I’m so used to being with my family and brothers all the time, and for a good portion of this tour it was just me…I just try to find ways to occupy my time, but that’s been the most difficult part. Other than that, the shows have been great and they’ve been able to come out to a bunch, so it’s been fun.”

Nick, whose brothers have given him the nickname The President and often claim he will run for office in the year 2038, revealed to Ernie D: “The original secret name for this project was ‘The P.O.T.U.S. Project.’ Obviously we decided not to call it that…but when it came to the song writing, we felt that that could be the outlet where we could use these presidential concepts and tie it all together to make a record that was just personal and real to me.”

“Nick Jonas & The Administration, Total Access Weekend” will feature four complete tracks: “Olive and an Arrow,” “Conspiracy Theory,” “In The End,” and “Stronger (Back on the Ground).” Additionally, three acoustic performances with Nick and his guitarist Sonny Thompson will air within the Total Access Weekend special.  They are “Who I Am,” which is currently number three on the Radio Disney Top 30, “Last Time Around,” and “Tonight.”

Nick Jonas & The Administration’s concert tour will wrap up January 30 at Zellerbach Auditorium in Berkeley, California. Nick’s band, The Administration, is made up of some of the world’s most accomplished musicians:  John Fields on bass, Michael Bland on drums, Tommy Barbarella on keyboards, and guitarist Sonny Thompson (the latter three played in the New Power Generation).
