No station sales on tap for CBS


Noting the recent pickup in station trading activity, it is not surprising that an analyst asked CBS Corporation CEO Les Moonves whether he might change course again and put the company’s smaller radio properties back on the market – or perhaps even some TV stations. His reply:

“Highly doubtful. Highly doubtful. We like the way they’re performing,” Moonves said. “If somebody came along and made us a phenomenal offer for some radio stations we would always look at it, but we’re pretty pleased with what we have right now.”
