Folks, they don’t get much more cryptic than this. The Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation has announced that it will be in session at 10AM, Tuesday May 12 for the purpose of considering nominations. That’s it. Could Julius Genachowski finally be getting his day on the Hill? Will Mignon Clyburn be there, too? Will a third nominee for the FCC’s second Republican seat have been identified and invited as well? We’re waiting for a callback from the Committee which may or may not provide the answer. Stay tuned.
