A group of so-called “non-eligible” Class A’s have filed an emergency motion for the FCC to include them in the upcoming broadcast incentive auction.
The action comes just days before the FCC is set to vote on a proposal to — in its words — “mitigate the impact of the incentive auction” on low-power television stations.
