An organization dedicated to serving the needs of visually-impaired Americans recently bought a radio station in Wichita KS, and will run it as a mainstream outlet not only serving the needs of its constituency, but employing them as well.
The owner is Envision Broadcast Network, a division of non-profit advocacy Envision Inc.
