The Power Foundation filed with the FCC to acquire WEAJ-FM CP back in January. Now, according to brokerage firm Kalil & Co. Inc., the deal has made it to closing.
John R. McClure is the principal of the buyer. It is being sold by Network of Glory, headed by Lola Richey.
WEAJ is licensed to Yadkin NC. When constructed, it will operate as a Class A on 90.3 MHz with 1 kW @ 95’.
The value of the deal is $15K, $5K of which will be covered over time pursuant to terms of a promissory note.
