Emmis has closed on the sale of its final television station, bringing to a close its tenure in the television business. Fox WVUE-TV is now in the hands of Louisiana Media Company, which acquired it for $41M, and associated the station with the NFL New Orleans Saints. Emmis made about $1.24B on the sale of 16 television stations.
