As noted a few days ago, Thursday, October 15 was the deadline for Arbitron to get Media Rating Council (MRC) accreditation for its Portable People Meter (PPM) radio ratings in the New York Metro under its settlement with New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo. Otherwise, Cuomo can scrap the settlement and head back to court.
Well, the deadline came and went without MRC accreditation. So, what’s the New York AG going to do?
